I promise I will only post one more show about Gutsy....Really! This week we had to give our thoughts on our installations of Gutsy and how we like it. As we mentioned in a prior podcast that we were downloading and installing while we were podcasting. Well, this week we would like to give you our first impressions on Gutsy. Meaning, we want to let you in on what we liked and what we didn't like. We, not surprisingly, had a lot to talk about and the podcast is a little long. I think I clocked it at just over one hour. That is a new record for us breaking a previous record of 45 minutes. We cover the whole gamut of things one could cover in release segment from the interface and the login sound file to the writable NTFS drives by default. We also are critical about a few things, notably, why they left out the compiz manager. One last note, i didn't get any new music this week, it is all recycled so there you have it, the next episode in a nutshell. Oh, and one last thing, from the oops I did it again department, I pronounced asterisk incorrectly, should be pronounced asterisk not asterix:) I think Peter blogged about this, too. Oh well, such is life. Lastly, next weeks podcast we are going to have some very special guests, namely Jay Watkins from the "in the trenches" podcast and David Yates from the "lottalinuxlinks" podcast.
